What we do today
Contact details removed before AI
Email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses and Social Security numbers are stripped from resume and coaching text before it is sent for AI processing.
Row-level security on candidate data
Resumes, coaching documents and applications are protected by database row-level security, so each record can only be read by the account that owns it.
Organization reports without content
Your organization portal and monthly report show names, emails, join dates, last activity and modules completed. They never include resume or document content.
Separate, server-checked roles
Admin and organization-admin permissions are stored separately from user profiles and checked on the server for every privileged action.
Abuse protection on public forms
Demo and referral forms use hidden spam traps and per-visitor rate limits.
Encrypted in transit
Every page and request is served over HTTPS.
