Candidates enter the code when they create their account and get tailored resumes scored for the Applicant Tracking System (A.T.S.) — the systems HR/recruiters use to screen out job applicants, interview prep, LinkedIn optimization, the Networking Track, an individualized job search plan and the K.E.N.N.Y. AI coach.

You get a monthly usage report
Your organization portal shows seats used, who joined and when, last activity and modules completed. Download it as a CSV any time. Resume and document content stays private to each candidate.
